This Blog is for people who wish to learn how to use a very simple, yet powerful and effective spiritual tool every day the rest of your life.  It will lessen the stress and fear of life in general, and will make your life easier.  It’s so simple a lot of people say “It can’t be this easy,” but it is, because IT WORKS!

This reconnects you with your Guardian Angel, or higher power, or whatever your belief is.  You simply say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for… thank you!”  When you read the stories below, sent from all over the world, we use the acronyms MBO for Most Benevolent Outcomes, GA for Guardian Angel, and BP for Benevolent Prayers (what you ask for other people).

Jackie had asked for BPs for a friend to track down her daughter.  Here are the results:
Jackie writes:  A friend asked for help tracking down her daughter who has been kept from her for four years by the father. I asked everyone to say a BP on your Facebook page. It only took a day and he already called her and will ask the daughter if she wants to talk to her mom. I followed this up with a BP that the girl be open to the love for her and be willing to talk to her mom. Hooray for benevolent prayers!


Donna writes:  On Saturday I noticed that a black garden snake was sitting in a potted plant on my screened-in patio. I could see his head and several inches of his body standing straight up, so I used a couple of MBO’s and a BP to ask him to leave and move away from the house. After about 15 minutes, he slithered out of the pot and out through a small opening in the screen that I didn’t even realize was there.

When I saw him leave, I realized that he was at least 3 feet long! I know he wasn’t poisonous, but I couldn’t let my kitty out while he was there, and I sure didn’t feel comfortable about going out there! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without the help from the MBO’s. A friend of mine witnessed the whole thing, and she was so impressed that she’s saying MBO’s for everything now! Eleanore writes from Florida: Eleanore writes from Florida: One day this month (April), I was missing my Daughter who lives in NJ and MBO’d for her to come down and visit some time.  That doesn’t happen often because she travels, often abroad, for her job.

THE VERY NEXT DAY!!!! I got an early Mother’s Day card in the mail saying she was surprising me with a visit from the Thursday before and the Monday after Mother’s Day.  I almost fainted.  Wow, just plain, WOW!!!!


I started on the first screen of my newsletter program this past Thursday and immediately had error notices I had never seen before.  My son was not going to be available until late afternoon, so I immediately requested a Most Benevolent Outcome (MBO) to be able to send the newsletter out.

Later that afternoon I tried it again and it worked perfectly!  The newsletter did not go out until the next morning, but I kept my calm and did not fret over it.  I just released, knowing it would be fixed!

So many of us struggle with this. The worries, the to-do lists, the what ifs- all these monkey mind thoughts that hit us as soon as our head hits the pillow! We all want a clear mind at night. We all want bedtime to be a time of peace and quiet.

But why does all this strife come to us when we are finally ready to just relax? It’s because all throughout the day we are busy doing other things and thinking about the task at hand. At night though, we’re not doing anything and this opens us up to the demands of the monkey mind!

Tips to a Clear Mind at Night

1.     Don’t Worry About Getting Enough Sleep. When you worry about not getting enough sleep, your adrenaline goes up and this will keep you awake. Tell yourself you will figure it out. You always have!

2.     Read Fiction. In my experience, reading a novel that you’ve already read is a great way to distract your mind and begin to settle into sleep. You already know the characters, you know what happens and so your mind can just lull itself into rest.

3.     Guided Meditation. There are plenty of guided meditations out there. The difference with guided meditations is that you are given a narrative to follow so your mind is told what to do and what to focus on. You’re not left to wander and you’re actually given wisdom along the way.

4.     Plan a Pretend Party. This is a great tip, especially for kids. Have them use that creative mind on something fun and benign.

5.     Recall a TV Show. In your mind, go over a recent TV episode from start to finish. It’s a pleasant distraction and it really works!

6.     Tour an Old House. Think about an old house in which you had great memories and take a tour in your mind.

​Over the last several years I have had the blessing of meeting, or at least chatting, with so many people who have expressed how the meditations of my heart have resonated with their spirits and touched their life. Recently, I have heard from a few more people then I normally do. They have told me how they have shared what I have written with others, who have read my writings and now yearn to get to know me better, like a young woman named Melissa. What I have come to realize is that there is something she feels in my writings which is her golden shadow.  She has all the gifts, talents and abilities within her that she yearns for, through her relationship with me. She has yet to embrace and embody them.

I so understand that feeling because there are numerous writers and speakers whose work I have admired from afar. It is not that I wanted to be them. But I admired what they had and I wanted that. I wanted that thing I saw in them that I could not see within myself. That is what I yearned for, not to be them, but to have the talent for conveying their wisdom in a way that I had not yet believed I could.

As I have worked with the Ultimate to tap into my own gifts and abilities, I have found that my words have made others yearn to converse with me the same way I have yearned, and continue to in some cases, to converse with others.

What I have come to realize as I listen to those I admire is that so much of what they have to share resonates with me because at some level I know it to be true. It is tapping into an inner wisdom that I had yearned for, but not yet discovered within myself. So maybe that is what Richard Bach was talking about in Illusions: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah when he wrote, “Learning is finding out what you already know. Doing is demonstrating what you know. Teaching is reminding others that they know just as much as you. You are all learners, doers, and teachers.”

Perhaps that which you learn from me, as I do from others, is that which we already know. My writing is my demonstrating and sharing what I know. When others teach me, they are simply reminding me that I know as much as they do. In this journey, we are all learners, doers, and teachers in different ways for each other. May we yearn to help each other discover the wisdoms hidden within each of us.

What do Fifth Century B.C. Pythagoreans have in common with modern state-of-the art cosmologists & physicists? In a word: strings! For the ancient Greek Pythagoreans it was the lyre string; modern scientists postulate infinitesimally small strings as the ultimate building blocks of the universe.

The Greeks found that the tone of a plucked lyre string corresponded to its length. Changing the length of the vibrating string changed the tone in a precise way; double the length and the tone goes down by a full octave; reduce the length by two-thirds, the note changes by a fifth. The laws of music and harmonics are discovered and reduced to mathematics. The Pythagoreans believe everything is based on music and math.

The Pythagoreans extended this thinking in attempt to explain the entire universe. They partially succeeded but ultimately failed in their attempts.

Modern scientists now feel that they have the theory-of-everything , based on incredibly small strings. These vibrating strings are the fundamental unit of all matter and energy. When a string vibrates in a certain way, an electron results; change the vibration of this same string and another particle appears - the electron changes into a neutrino. As with the plucked lyre, it is the string that is fundamental; the tone (in the musical example) or the subatomic particle, arise from the way that the string is vibrating.

Modern string theory also had its roots in mathematics. The proposed strings are far too small to ever view directly. Their existence was slowly recognized as the theory of strings solved formerly impossible problems in physics. The beauty of the theory is that we eliminate the numerous "fundamental" particles that exist today and unite the formerly conflicting theories of Einstein & the Quantum theory. We potentially have a real theory-of-everything. Same as the Pythagoreans sought thousands of years ago.

There is another group, growing in popularity today, that share an important links with the ancients & scientists of today, Vibratory Healers. The string is the primary element with our first two groups, but it is the vibration, more precisely vibrational energy, that modern Alternative Healers utilize to produce wondrous results.

Vibrational energy has been found to be extremely versatile and effective, in its benefits to living things; why is this? The form of the energy - vibrations - seems to be easily absorbed; frequencies are available for almost any need - in the exact amount of energy required. The spectrum of vibratory frequencies is immense, offering precise and selective remedies to tune all elements of the Holistic Being... Body, Mind & Soul.

Vibratory Energy of the right frequencies has shown the ability to greatly accelerate the growth and resistance to disease and pests of many plants. Many ancient spiritual masters held sound as the most powerful means of achieving & influencing the divine (similar to the Pythagorean tradition above).

Sharry Edwards has spent a lifetime demonstrating that the voiceprint of a human voice is a window on the underlying physical and emotional wellbeing of its owner. Take a Deep Breath!

Sometimes it’s hard to fit one more activity or practice into our busy day.  Being aware of our breath is an easy  way to bring more healing energy into our life.  When we are tense, sad, tired, or in pain we tend to react with a stress response that can include shallow breathing or even holding our breath.  This can have so many negative effects physically, mentally and spiritually.  Deep abdominal breathing can help us achieve a relaxation response instead.  This deep, slow breathing encourages full oxygen exchange in our blood, slows the heartbeat, lowers blood pressure, and can help us calm and center our minds. 

Some other benefits can include: 
Release Toxins.  Fully exhale the carbon dioxide being released from your lungs.
Relieve Tension.  Allow major muscle groups to relax, release stress.  Counteracts the release of adrenaline and cortisol.
Clear Mind.  Oxygen flowing to your brain can help reduce anxiety levels and assist clear thinking.
Release Emotions.  You can focus on releasing any negative emotions with each exhale.
Relieves Pain.  Deep breathing can help you move through and ease pain. 
Supports Organs. As the diaphragm moves up and down it gently moves the other internal organs and improves circulation.

Decide to spend some time every day focusing on slow, deep breathing.  It is especially useful in times of great stress.  

Visualize yourself surrounded by a cloud of shining white light. Inhale through your nose, bringing the light-filled air deeply into the bottoms of your lungs, visualize your belly expanding and your lungs completely filling up.  Start with a count of 3 as you inhale.
Hold the breath full of white light briefly in your lungs - perhaps a count of 2.  Feel it flow throughout your body down to each cell. 
Exhale slowly through the nose or mouth - whatever is most comfortable.  See your cells releasing waste, your mind releasing tension, your whole body relaxing. Count to 5.  Set your intention to breathe in healing light, oxygen, peace, and energy.  Exhale toxins, stress, and tension.  Try to increase the length of time for each step of the breathing process.  Deep breathing is such a simple tool for taking charge of your own mental and physical health.  

When I was young my Gramps used to tell my brothers and me to always take deep breaths whenever we went outside into the fresh air.  Gramps was right!!!

When we forgive we choose to set others free. We don’t hold resentment; we don’t hold the bitterness;  we let go of our plans to “get even.” When we truly forgive we cease to feel resentment against an offender. Forgiveness means that we grant release from payment of the debt of offense. 

Forgive others for dying; forgive others for betraying; forgive others for lying and cheating; forgive others for their jealousy; forgive others for their pain; forgive others for their negativity; forgive others for their ignorance; forgive others for their lack of awareness and sensitivity; forgive others for their judgements; forgive others for their rudeness; forgive others for their controlling nature; forgive others for their fears.

​In mindfulness practice we come to view the emotions as being a separate entity that is not the Self. From your own life experience, you are aware that having an emotion can be either quite pleasurable, or rise into conditions such as anxiety, fear, jealousy, doubt.  Obviously, living through the rise and fall of negative emotions can feel like an inescapable Hell.  Therefore, we are wired to seek pleasurable experiences, while avoiding unpleasant experiences. Why? Because good experiences FEEL better than bad experiences.

However, when we entertain expectations of ourselves or others, and we when experience less than what we expected…then what happens? We become prisoners caged inside devastating emotions such as depression, disappointment, anger, frustration, self-pity, and anxiety.

And, when we identify with a negative emotion, the untrained mind will believe that it and emotion is the same thing. Negative emotions perceived by the mind can make you feeling like a loser, or rational mind will come to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, sad…until something else from the outside world comes along to change our emotional status. Perhaps someone compliments your appearance. Suddenly you feel good again.

For this reason, an untrained mind after a lifetime of living with perceived ups and downs, will easily believe that all happiness exists “outside” of oneself, and that you must “go out into the world” to GET that happiness.

Hence, the chain of cause and effect is in play, and in the wake of results, we constantly strive for experiences that give us a sense of pleasure, acceptance, achievement, and worthiness.

Yet, when good emotions are experienced, we don’t question these. We allow good experiences to be what they are, and we are conditioned to hang on to happy moments.

So, it is our negative emotional states that cause suffering. When we feel bad, we ask ourselves, “Why did this happen to me?” We call friends and tell them about all the bad things that have happened. In short, we seek outside of ourselves opportunities to feel better, due to the subconscious belief that happiness exist outside of ourselves.

However, by obtaining awareness for all of our emotions, we come to realize that all negative emotions belong to deeply buried “stories of the mind.”  In mindfulness, we learn that the emotion is the “ghost” of a hidden belief pattern.

The sooner you come to experience your emotional conditions as separate from your true and Absolute Nature, the emotions then become excellent “spiritual guides” that can lead you toward a higher level of Self-Realization.

From now on when you notice that you are experiencing a negative emotion, instead of finding a distraction, or repressing it, allow the emotion to be fully acknowledged.  All mindfulness practices are experienced in the present moment, and inside a state of Loving-Kindness toward the self.

As the Observer, you come into Awareness of the emotion, accept it, and see it as separate from yourself.

In the present moment, the Observer can comfort the emotion, and then sit back and ask the emotion, “What are you trying to teach me?” “What is your story?”

Accept the emotion with love and kindness. With this mindset, the emotion will lose its power. 


Open Heart Meditation

The more experience you have in Stillness with this practice, you will have more success experiencing emotions as they occur in your day to day life.

* First…Pause.

* Come to notice breath.  Watch rise and fall, naturally.  Notice  that on deeper inhales, the simple process of breathing, expands the chest and Heart Center.

* When you are ready, bring your attention to your Heart Center as breath rises to this place in your body.

* Establish Peace there.

* Notice that  in this present moment…you are well.  You are peaceful.  You are established in the peace of the present moment.  Allow this.

* Now, allow your attention to rise to your Mind’s eye.

* Once you notice that your focus has shifted to this place between the brows, allow breath to comfort this place.

* As the Observer, from the mind’s eye, allow your thoughts to remember just one event today that triggered an emotion.

Here, in this safe place, begin to see the event unfold and play out in front of you.

As the Witness, the “story,” the memory” has no control over you…you as the Observer watch this just as a scientist would review important data.

See the event, and if you can, see yourself responding with the emotion that came into being at that time.  

* See the emotion as separate from yourself.   Look at the emotion…kindly, just see it for what it is.   Allow it to be.

* Now ask it, why are you here?  What do you want??

* If you dare, smile at the emotion.   You…you are now in your Higher Wisdom and this is a new relationship with your Emotional Body.

* Just say Hello to the Emotion, say Hello Anxiety, it is I, ….why are here?   What is there to learn???

The emotion may have an immediate response!  It might tell you it is pissed off!  Or that it feels trampled on, under appreciated….it wants something….normally to be heard, understood, loved as it is, and appreciated.

Give it that.

* When you are ready…come back to breath.  Allow breath to rise and fall for 3 full cycles.

* Then, gently come back into full consciousness of your mind, body and spirit, in the here, and now.

When the lunch bell rings at Boca Raton High School in Florida, 3,400 kids spill into the courtyard and split into their social groups. But at this school and at schools across the country, someone always sits alone. That's why Denis Estimon, a Haitian immigrant and student at Boca High, started a club called "We Dine Together." 

I Am Gaia,  Mother Earth speaking. As the energies pouring onto the Earth plane increase in might and velocity and intensity, anchor yourself to my heart, the heart of Mother Earth. Ground yourselves to my core and hold on fast, for I will soon explode into a brilliant Light, into the Sun Star that I AM. And as you hold on, and keep yourselves centered to the core of my planet, you will rise with me. You will ascend as I ascend, into a dazzling Light, the dazzling Light of your I AM PRESENCE. 

For we are all the same Heart

We are all ONE 

As you stand within the dazzling Light of your I AM PRESENCE, you will know all, for all is contained within you. To reach your full Light, which is where you experience the ascension process, you must keep your focus on who you are, why you are here and what you came here to achieve. 

You came here to achieve many things; foremost, which is your ascension and the planetary ascension. You came here to bring ALL LIFE FORMS into the Light. You work for the Light. The Light is your employer and you are the employee. You work diligently to bring Light everywhere you go. You hold the plans of Light in your DNA cells. Your DNA are now exploding with the Light you have been holding for eons and eons on your trek through Earth incarnations. As this Light comes to the fore, it washes away all the dross and impurities that have accumulated over lifetimes and lifetimes of Earthly incarnations. 

Sometimes you may wonder if the ascension ever will happen, for time on my Earth plane appears to go by so slowly for you, and yet what you have accomplished in just the last few years has been quite earth shaking, literally; for you have accomplished the work of hundreds of lifetimes in just these last few years. 

Time is greatly speeding up, as you have felt, and it will even speed up more in ratios of higher proportions. So yes, the ascension is about to occur. You are all ascending now in consciousness. All life forms are ascending now in consciousness. All cells are ascending in consciousness; and, before you know it, you will have ascended. It will happen that fast. One day you will open your eyes and you will be on Earth; and the next moment you will be in a higher frequency of Light—a higher dimension. 

So, it will be just a little longer, and in the meantime while you are still in the 3rd dimension, know that I am surrounding you with my love every moment of your time and that you are not separated from me at all. Just reach through the time zone into "no-time" and feel my presence. I send you great waves of Love and Light from deep within my core. This is Mother Earth, working with you, and I thank you for this transmission.​

​The Queen’s Chronicles:  I AM MAD

I am mad. So very mad. No, that doesn’t begin to describe it. I am pissed. I am angry. I am irate. I am incensed. I am outraged. I am enraged. I am livid. I am GODDESS DAMN FURIOUS.

“All men are created equal,” states the Declaration of Independence. From the very beginning, women were denied equality in this country. It has taken over two centuries for women to win the right to vote, to have alleged protection under the law, to earn as much as 68 and 77 cents on the dollar (depending on our skin color) that men are paid, and to gain control over our own bodies and destinies.

And now, nearly 250 years later, we are seeing our rights, our freedoms, our health care being stripped away, one by one, by mean spirited, misogynistic, right wing religious uber-conservatives. In 2015 there is still no Equal Rights Amendment. Women are still not equal under the law.

Of course I am angry! How can I not be? I am not angry only about the injustice perpetrated upon women in this country, but also all the women everywhere in the world who are abused, exploited, enslaved, brutalized and murdered – untold thousands as newborns – simply because they are female. Better believe I am angry. Aren’t you?

My anger is far-reaching and inclusive. Every virulent expression – be it verbal, physical, cultural, political, or armed – of religious hatred, xenophobia, racism, classism, ageism, homophobia sets my teeth on edge. As does witnessing shockingly common displays that range from disregard to disrespect to downright mean, nasty disdain directed at folks with abundant body fat or those who are differently abled.

Every fracking pipeline, oil spill, contaminated river, felled forest, wild fire, melting iceberg, radiation leak, gmo apple, dead bee, poached animal, endangered species, and cancer patient, stirs my wrath. Every hungry, homeless, terrified, traumatized refugee and GI incites my furious, protective tiger mother ire.

My partner often questions why I watch the news if it makes me so mad. Because it is important for me to know what is going on around me. I do not want to be deaf and blind to ignorance or violence, even if the shrill blare and horrendous images are painful. I want to feel that pain, to feel part of that pain. I want to accept any culpability on my part for perpetuating pain and peril through disregard, denial, laziness or depression. Depression is the flip side of anger.

Women are uncomfortable with anger. We are frightened of anger directed at us for very real reasons. But we are most scared of our own anger. We have been raised to be good girls, after all. To be sugar and spice and everything nice. Yeah, right.

Anger is a natural emotion and needs to be honored and expressed, lest it eat us up from the inside. Anger contains a huge amount of energy, which can be converted to powerful creativity, positive purpose, and proactive change.

I think of  my anger as righteous indignation. It spurs me to react, to respond, to resist, to rebel. My fury is the fuel that fires my fiercely impassioned efforts toward the defense of Mother Earth and all of Her exquisite creations and creatures.

Hell may have no fury like a woman scorned, but women standing together side by side, autonomous, proud, and empowered can create heaven on Earth!
