So we are here to talk about the flowers, and how they bloom so beautifully and so abundantly in Spring. They lift their heads and turn their faces toward the Sun, and lo and behold, their magnificent bodies emerge from the dirt and you see their full beauty and smell their deep fragrance. They are magical aren't they? And they have a message for your surface folk now:

Dearest people on Earth, we are the Flower People from Catharia, inside the Hollow Earth, here to guide you also, and to bring you the fragrant scents and smells from the Heaven World through our delicate and beautifully shaped bodies of Light. For we are of Light also, although your five senses do not yet detect our vibration.

We flow our Light to you in currents of waves when you kneel beside us to smell our fragrant petals or to touch our stems. This is especially so in the Hollow Earth, where the people are connected to us in their full consciousness. Soon you will be too, and then we can converse and play together. Yes, we love to play, and we do this easily. Even though we cannot move around, our laughter and voices can be heard whenever you are in our vicinity, and we can play in our thoughts and visions and sing to all those around us. If you listen deeply, you can hear our songs and sing along with us. We invite you into our aura and into our lives.
We were sent here by the Spiritual Hierarchy to guide you into your ascension, and to bring you the beauty of Heaven. For as you connect with our beauty, you connect to Heaven. It is one and the same. For beauty is who you are, and we are here to remind you of this truth. We send our love out to you on the petals of springtime and the aromas wafting through the air. Catch them and connect to us. We await your visit. We are the Flower People from deep inside the Earth.

Our Unique Connection  From “Everyday Conversations: The Key to the Contemporary Medium – Unlocking the Myths”

One of the many questions asked of psychic-mediums is “how do you get the information anyway?”

One of the ways this is answered is by describing what we call The Clair-ities…the terms used to describe the “clear” senses through which information is interpreted.  We have five physical senses to interpret information about our physical environment; and we have the 6th sense to interpret information from a non-physical environment. The brain uses the references of our memories and experience, via the physical senses, to interpret the energy information received by the 6th sense.  For example, clairvoyance is being able to see an image without the use of the eyes…the image is inside the brain and through the use of its “seeing brain parts,” and through the power of imagination, we can “see” the image.

Common “Clair-ities”

Clairvoyant is clear sight – the memory of an image created by our imagination to describe what we are seeing, without our physical eyes. A psychic-medium may say “I see a birthday cake” and say to their client, “You or someone close to you has/is/will be celebrating a birthday or anniversary.”

Clairaudient is clear hearing – the memory of sound (think of a song in your head) or hearing something no one else did. A psychic-medium may say “I am hearing a bell” and say to their client, “There is significance to hearing a bell, like being called by it.”

Clairgustance is clear tasting – the memory of a taste without actually eating it…like the taste of a grapefruit. In this case, the psychic-medium may say “I am taking alcohol…” which may be a characteristic of the person who has passed.

Clairsentience is clear feeling – feeling something through the body and/or emotions that may be a reference to the person who has passed.  The medium says, “I am feeling chest pains and feel this person experienced a heart issue as an illness or in passing.”  Please note that because we are accessing information (and not a current condition of the spirit), it is only a way of identification and not an indicator of “still suffering” on the Other Side.

Claircognizance is clear knowing – having a thought (picking up information) without knowing “where it came from.”  Here, a psychic-medium may “just say” a phrase or imitate a mannerism of the spirit…because the energy of the information flows through the reader instantaneously.

Because we are unique in our memories and experiences, we each receive and interpret energy information differently.  There is no “right” or “wrong” clair-sense nor is there one better than another. When a psychic-medium advertises they are a “clairvoyant,” they are acknowledging the way they receive the information. While it still falls under the umbrella of psychic-mediumship, it is personal to who we are and how we choose to honor and hone the ability to make it clearer and as accurately interpreted as possible.

A psychic-medium can receive information through images, sounds, thoughts, words, feelings and emotions—one or all.  Sometimes this information is very clear and other times, it is like playing charades and the information needs to be translated or interpreted to fully garner its meaning. The bits of information can be personal to the medium (frame of reference), symbolic or literal. The art of psychic-mediumship is interactive with the information source and the client in an understandable and flowing conversation.

What is not happening from the medium is a play-by-play, movie trailer or tele-prompted script from Spirit (the source of the information). It’s not like an interpreter who hears the foreign language and translates it word-for-word to the recipient.  The experience and sincerity of the professional psychic-medium allows the information to authentically flow. In however way the psychic-medium receives the information, the conversation between the client, Spirit and the medium creates the reading that is to clarify, comfort, empower and heal.

This was Hibbard’s Corners one-room Greek Revival schoolhouse built about 1840.  It continued to serve Ellis Hollow residents in that capacity until 1936 when it was released from the public school system.

After the building of the new Ellis Hollow Community Center on Genung Road, Mrs. Mabel Demotte Beggs, who received ownership of the property from her late husband Earl Demotte, sought a new kind of community service for the schoolhouse and decided to offer it to The Foundation of Light.

The Foundation restored the building, taking great care to preserve the feeling of the schoolhouse itself and in a new addition, which together provided a home for the Foundation of Light until our present building was erected in 1999.

Stress and anxiety don’t feel very good

When you’re always going, going, going and struggling to balance your work and home lives, it may be hard to tell whether you’re stressed or just worrying too much. You’re not alone in trying to figure out the difference between stress and anxiety.

[anxiety coaching group] Stress and anxiety are relative terms, so they do not have a true definition— and they’re one in the same. Stress, worry, anxiety, doubt, fear, panic and embarrassment release the same hormones in the brain: adrenaline and norepinephrine.

Have compassion for yourself that stress and anxiety are an appropriate human response to those things.

However, if it is negatively effecting your life, causing headaches, affecting your relationships, sleep, mood, or eating, or if it’s making your mind race, it is worth doing something to get rid of it.

Stop judging yourself. And let’s get you better. Here is what to do if you are feeling stressed out.

1. Give yourself some compassion

Whatever you are feeling, say to yourself, “I get it. That makes sense.” This is important because most people feel something and immediately berate themselves: “Why am I overreacting?” “Why am I so sensitive?” “Why do I worry too much?” “Why do I let this affect me so much?”

This negative judgement is even more stressful and increases the anxious hormones. Your mind keeps questioning trying to figure out your feelings and the chaos continues.

Instead, saying, “I get why I feel stressed,” allows you to acknowledge yourself. The situation is defined, and you are validated. With this, your mind no longer has to be attached to the feeling and it will go away much sooner.

2. Take a step back

Look at yourself and all of the players in the situation as if you are looking at them from up on a mountain. Stress needs you be close to the chaos. Instead, from this mountaintop position, you’ll feel calmer and you can look at the situation objectively. You can understand why everyone has acted the way that they do.

For example, if someone is mean, you can see that it comes out of her own fear and worry. You can also see your reaction and why it hurt or affected you so much. You can have more compassion for everyone up here.

3. Take action

Now you can decide what to do next. Do you distance yourself from the stressor? Do you think about it in a different way so it doesn’t affect you so much? Do you act as a peacemaker? Do you give someone who is hurting some positive attention to help him be less negative to others?

Action decreases stress— emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Emotionally, it helps you build trust and confidence in yourself because you connect with your skills and values. Mentally, it gives you something to focus on besides your powerlessness. Physically, it releases the GABA hormone that puts the breaks on the adrenaline and norepinephrine. And spiritually, it helps you shift the energy of the situation and get a deeper understanding of life.

While you are doing this, don’t be afraid to ask for help. Surround yourself with people you can talk to, including family, friends or a counselor. Worry in your head is much more intense than worry that has been talked out!

*** Info to Improve Your Life ***

Ancient people used sound and music to heal, balance and uplift their worlds. One crucial waywas to properly use the sound of one’s name. The sound of one’s name is a constant energy-influence for one’s entire life, because of the sheer number of times it is heard. In ancienttimes, how one said his name was crucial, as it described his energy to others. They guardedagainst saying their name in combination with negative emotions, as these subtle energiesintermingled. They would, however, say their name with love to uplift their subtle energycommunication, or utter their name with the feeling of power to assert their authority.

Reflect on how you say your name. When you introduce yourself to others, does your name sound like a question or a request for approval from others? Is it a warm and inviting sound? We can easily perceive how others react to us - all on their own, yet this subtle art that we are discussing arms us with the power to put out a vibratory field in our voice so that others react to us - as we decide. It is simple to do this: merely project with your a feeling when you say your name. That simple exercise intertwines your name with energy that emits more powerfullyin all directions throughout the quantum fields. This is tantamount to throwing a little pebble into a lake versus a large rock - the difference is obvious.

The Ancient Sumerians took the art of using the sound of one’s name to another level. They converted one’s name into pitches. There were several processes that were utilized to convert one’s name to music. One system was called Gematria, in which a number was assigned to each letter in the alphabet, and thus letters were converted into numbers. For example, the 25th letter of the alphabet would represent the number 25. Numbers were then used as frequencies. The number 25 correlated to 25 cycles of sound per second or a very low musical note! This converts the letters in one’s name to sound.  Ancient people listened to the music of their name and harmonized with this sound. Thus, they accepted their energies, strengths and weaknesses in a positive and harmonious manner.

Many sages believed that pitches, rhythms and harmonics (vowel sounds create different harmonics) were the building blocks of the energy in one’s name. For example, how fast or slow a name is uttered affects its "feeling." Vowels and consonants were said to bestow specific vibratory benefits. Each vowel sound has a subtle psychological and chemical influence, because the physical and emotional body are both affected by vibration. For example, the letter E denotes a subtle feeling of the feminine qualities of grace, wisdom, beauty and receptivity, while letters O and U have a masculine quality of power and expression. The letter A has the perfection of both qualities. What "energy" is in your name?

With intense focus, vowel sounds were correlated to parts in the body with which they resonated with. Through sympathetic resonance, these sounds massaged subtle energy in a specific part of the body. For example, the letter U stimulated the pelvis, hips, legs, feet and lower body in general. The letter "O" vibrated the lower trunk, abdomen area from solar plexus to groin. The letter A vibrated the chest cavity, heart and the body as a whole. The letter E massaged the throat, upper chest and head regions. Finally, the letter I energized the back of the skull and head regions. The vowel sounds within your name, were believed to subtly encourage health in resonant areas of your body. In an interesting application of this, a person could take a nickname, with the energy sounds, to stimulate body areas that need extra energy.

What energy is in your name? What is the feeling that accompanies your full name versus nickname? Which do you prefer? This three-time book author recommends that you practice how you say your name so that its sound matches desired emotional qualities! This Blog is for people who wish to learn how to use a very simple, yet powerful and effective spiritual tool every day the rest of your life.  It will lessen the stress and fear of life in general, and will make your life easier.  It’s so simple a lot of people say “It can’t be this easy,” but it is, because IT WORKS!

This reconnects you with your Guardian Angel, or higher power, or whatever your belief is.  You simply say, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for… thank you!”  When you read the stories below, sent from all over the world, we use the acronyms MBO for Most Benevolent Outcomes, GA for Guardian Angel, and BP for Benevolent Prayers (what you ask for other people).   My website is http://www.thegentlewaybook.com/index.htm

Here are some MBO’s that people report to Tom:

Would you PLEASE write a review for any of my books that you own on Amazon, Goodreads, or anywhere else you purchased the book? I would appreciate your support!! As I don’t charge for these newsletters, this is one thing you can do for me.

My new book, “ATLANTIS & LEMURIA—The Lost Continents Revealed!” is PERFECT to learn about our ancient history going back 10 million Atlantis_Cover_ONLY_for_Tom[1]years! You can buy it on Amazon, and the other online retailers, as an ebook or in printed version. On Amazon, here is the link: http://tinyurl.com/nhhd4fo. For those of you buying the book, I would appreciate it if you would write a review. I only have 16 so far (all five stars) and need more!! This helps others who are undecided since they may never have heard of me or my other books before. Amazon and Goodreads seem to be the most visited.

You can read SAMPLE CHAPTERS of all the books at http://www.thegentlewaybook.com/chapters.htm.

Be sure to participate when I ask you to say a Benevolent Prayer out loud, but are you also saying the Daily BP each morning as I do?  Theo says this is one of the most important things you could do for yourself not only for this life, but all the others you have lived or will live on earth, as they are all happening at the same time.  Print it out and put it on your bathroom mirror to remind you.  Here is the link: http://www.thegentlewaybook.com/signs.htm.  Here is an example of a BP for everyone to say today: “I ask any and all beings to intervene in the most benevolent way to stop any terrorist attacks before they happen anywhere in the world, to respect other religions, and for there to be peace in the world, thank you!”

Carole writes:  Tom, the following is my best MBO story yet:  When my husband and I travel, I do an MBO that our keys, our cards, our wallet/purse, our monies etc. are always safe. I hardly every use it once home. But, the other day I was on the car and had $200 cash in an envelope in my purse.  It was to pay the entertainment my women’s group had for their Christmas gathering that day. But, on the drive I wanted to stop at a store to get a refund for something I purchased.

So I thought, I best say an MBO for safety for the cash I have in my purse in a small envelope—namely $200. I said the MBO. I had asked for a quick exit and all went smoothly. I had taken my wallet out of my purse so I could place my refund of cash in it. I then left.  I heard a man yell “Miss. Miss.”  I looked back and a man was coming towards me with an envelope (with the $200 cash in it), which he told me I had dropped from my purse.  I thanked him profusely and the Spirit help that made sure my money was safe.  Isn’t that an awesome story?

By the way, a few weeks ago, I asked Theo about my veteran son.  I also did a surrender prayer in trying to find him.  Within a week he called. He is safe at another vet’s medical clinic. He is in a HUD/VA apartment now and I pray for his recovery and being able to make it on his own.

Also,  would you say an MBO for all veterans,  all mentally ill,  all prisoners that all these institutions start using healing modalities, such as reiki,  labyrinths,  aroma therapy, past life regression, or anything you can add to this?  I ask the Highest good for all concerned.  So be it and so it is.  Thank you.

Here is a BP to say for our veterans:  “I ask any and all beings aid and comfort all war veterans to assist in their full recovery, and for the institutions to try alternative healing methods that will be in the best interests of their patients, thank you!”

Paul writes:  I love your newsletter. It is always full of new and amazing information.

I use MBOs frequently. They have really saved my bacon in work situations, especially when I may have forgotten to do something important or perhaps am expecting a difficult conversation. The dire consequences I feared never come about due to my MBOs.

There are so many times you can use MBOs at work we can’t cover them all here.  You’ll find many stories in my new book THE GENTLE WAY III:  Master Your Life.  You can request MBOs for meetings, for a good day at work, and if you are on commission, for great sales.  You’ll see the largest sales walk through the door just as it’s your turn to take the next customer.

Lee writes:  Thanksgiving. A day with a multitude of personalities coming together under one roof! Said an MBO for a peaceful day as we were having a very mixed crew for dinner and more for dessert. All went well and someone even brought their dog and all of the dogs got along very nicely. My one very skittish little poodle even let someone pick her up and cuddle her and she is not a cuddler!  So the food was delicious, the company was delightful and the day ran smoothly. Thank you and a Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

Monica writes:  I’ve had lot’s of MBOs Tom! I’ve been sharing MBOs with family and friends, and those family and friends are sharing with others.  Soon MBOs will take over Humanity and the world will be a better place. Thank you Tom for all you’ve done.

Sherry-Ann writes:  This week I will put MBO’s to the test. The job with the City and County didn’t work out. Neither did another job after that. For the next 7 days I will commit to using MBO’s and BO’s for everything that I need. I will keep track, and let you know the results by next week Friday. In other words, I’m going to either pee or get off the pot. I know that they work but I will really work it. Thank you!

Sherry-Ann, sometimes a job like those two are just interim jobs to prepare you for a great job.  When I was starting my first business (at that time I didn’t know about MBOs) I would just take any job to pay the bills, and the companies were happy to have a college graduate in a job that did not require one.  But I learned lots of things in those jobs, so it helped me in my small startup.

There may be another interim job before the really good one.  Just also keep in mind businesses do not like to hire people just before Christmas, unless they’re desperate, as they have to pay you for holidays, so many businesses hold off until after January 1.  Just request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT job for you!

You can read SAMPLE CHAPTERS of all the books at http://www.thegentlewaybook.com/chapters.htm.

I am an organizer for a meetup and can only say WOW.  What a great way to connect with people who have similar likes.  In Rochester there are 100’s of meetups ranging from cooking, hiking, movie watching to ufo and paranormal. It’s such a great way to meet people and enjoy what the meetup has to offer.

Meetup brings people together in thousands of cities to do more of what they want to do in life. It is organized around one simple idea: when we get together and do the things that matter to us, we’re at our best. And that’s what Meetup does. It brings people together to do, explore, teach and learn the things that help them come alive.

For example, people run marathons, thanks to running Meetups. They write, thanks to writing Meetups. They change their careers, thanks to career Meetups. Because at Meetups, people welcome each other. They talk, help, mentor, and support each other – all in pursuit of moving their lives forward.

Everyday in thousands of cities, Meetup expands possibilities for our members by offering access to worlds. But it wasn’t easy enough to find the Meetups that could change your life. How can we help you train for a marathon, practice a language, get into tech, write a play, learn to cook, hike a mountain? How can we help more people have the life-changing experiences that happen when they meetup to do things they want to do in life?

We learned that people love Meetup for the variety it offers, and ultimately because a Meetup group becomes an outlet for the things that matter most to people. That can include learning a new language, writing that screenplay, running a faster mile. Meetup offers access to worlds by expanding possibilities for our members.

Meetup was founded in 2002 with the mission of bringing people together locally, after Scott Heiferman’s experiences in NYC around 9/11.

Call it old school or revolutionary, but Meetuppers use the internet to get off the internet.

Meetups are organized by members, for members.  Of the millions of Meetups that have happened, each has been organized by a passionate, local organizer. There are 20 million Meetup members.

There’s a Meetup for just about anything…   … Except hate or crime.

The top three communities on Meetup are:

Outdoors & Adventure — Hiking, running, bicycling…
Career & Business — Networking, professional development, support…
Parents & Family — Playdates, mom nights out, babysitting co-ops…
And the fastest growing community is Tech Meetups.

And there’s a Meetup just about anywhere.  There are Meetups in 180 countries.

This is what should be done
By one who is skilled in goodness,
And who knows the path of peace:
Let them be able and upright,
 Straightforward and gentle in speech.
 Humble and not conceited,
 Contented and easily satisfied.
Unburdened with duties and frugal in their ways.
Peaceful and calm, and wise and skillful,
Not proud and demanding in nature.
Let them not do the slightest thing
That the wise would later reprove.

You are Beloved Children

Dear Children

It comes to our notice that you have not registered that you are beloved Children of God.

You know you are children of your parents but it does not always occur to you that your true parents are on High! Thus lies many disruptions in your field to release misperceptions of being small and separate, alone and distant, feeling unloved generally and not complete. Completion can only come from knowing your true identity and family by soul resonance. This will all be put back into place.

Many Blessings

Shadows and Light

Dear Children

Without the Light you would not have shadows. Without shadows you would not have variety and varience of Light.

The Queen’s Chronicles: MY BEE CAME BACK TO SAY GOODBYE

For years, there has been a certain auspicious day every spring when a bumblebee would fly onto my terrace garden where it would hover contentedly everyday, all day long, throughout the entire summer, until a certain day in autumn when it would fly away.

This ritual visitation took place without fail for more than 15 years until a few years ago when my bee stopped showing up. I say “my bee.” But was it? Could it possibly have been the same bee for a decade and a half? How long to do bees live?

Or did my fuzzy fat friend select a successor who also passed the mantle when her vacation time was up? But whether or not it was the same bee, it was definitely my bee. My buddy. My constant summer companion. My nectar-gathering compatriot.

In Hellenistic Greece, bees were understood to be related to and a manifestation of the muse. My bee was an inspiration to me, as well, and I missed her visits dearly. And so did my flowers.

My bee isn’t the only one who stopped showing up. Millions upon millions of bees all over the world have been abandoning their hives and simply disappearing. Scientists named this mysterious phenomena colony collapse disorder.

If they are dying, they have chosen to do it in private, because large numbers of their corpses have not been found. Last year I found three dead bee bodies on the sidewalk just outside of my building. I saved their remains and added them to my growing collection of dead bumblebees. I keep my beautiful box filled with dead bees on my healing altar, where I pray for their wellbeing.

In some areas over sixty percent of the American honeybee population has died or disappeared during the past ten years, and this trend is continuing around the world. The potential results of this trend are terrifying. After all, one in three bites of all that we consume has been pollinated by bees.

In 1923 Rudolf Steiner predicted the dire state of the honeybee today. He said that within fifty to eighty years, we would see the consequences of mechanizing the forces that had previously operated organically in the beehive — including breeding queen bees artificially.

Well, I could have them that the Queens don’t take interference kindly. And now they are having their royal revenge — a terrible, drastic, exacting retribution, which maybe, just maybe, might force us to rethink our precarious relationship with Mother Nature.

Last week, my bee came back. I was completely delighted, overtaken by the depth and passion of my joy at our reunion. She hovered in front of my face for a moment then landed on my leg. And stayed there for a really long time, our bodies buzzing in unison.

Soon I noticed that she was uncharacteristically lethargic. Oh, no! Did she come back to die on me? I began to stroke her back ever so softly. I whispered prayers and gave her reiki. Then, because I had to leave, I placed her on the dirt of one of my flowering plants. If she was going to die, I wanted it to be in nature.

When I returned home a few hours later, the first thing I did was rush out to check on the bee, half expecting to see her lying on her back with her legs sticking up in the air.

But she was gone. Just gone.

“Like the bees from which this exhibition has drawn its name, we are individuals, yet we are, most surely, like the bees, a group, and as a group we have, over the millennia, built ourselves a hive, our home. We would be foolish, to say the least, to turn our backs on this carefully and beautifully constructed home especially now, in these uncertain and unsettling times.”

Years ago I remember reading or hearing Iyanla Vanzant say we should give thanks for those who get on our last nerve as they have saved us hours of therapy and thousands of dollars in copays.  That is not the exact quote, but the point I took from it is that those we find the most difficult to deal with often times have invaluable lessons to teach us.

This month, I am reading Mark I Rosen’s book, Thank You for Being Such a Pain. In it he provides strategies for allowing difficult people to be teachers. He tells a story that reminded me of Vanzant’s advice. He wrote:

"There is a story about the mystical teacher Gurdjieff and one of his disciples. The disciple, who lived in the ashram, was strongly disliked by the other disciples for a variety of reasons. When he left, Gurdjieff actually tracked him down and paid him to return, telling the rest of the disciples that the ostracized man was one of their most important teachers.”

Those people in our lives who do not challenge us or cause us to be uncomfortable in any way have things to teach us. However, it is those who get on our last nerve, who are a pain, who are disliked, who have the potential to be some of the most important teachers in our lives. This is when the New Testament teaching about giving thanks in all situations becomes helpful. As my Bubby used to tell me, when you can see the blessing in a situation, then you know you are going to be okay.

Is this to say I look forward to difficult people coming into my life, not exactly. However, when they do I give thanks, because I know that this is the Ultimate’s way of allowing me to learn something valuable and important in my life. So for the last week or so I have been taking Rosen’s advice. He suggested, "The next time a difficult person comes into your life, it might be helpful to tell yourself something along the lines of '(Sigh) Here comes another one. God, I ask you to guide me. You have sent this person to me for a reason. Help me to know what it is, and help me to cope successfully.' "

May we remember that we can learn from all of humanity and to give thanks for those who are easy to get along with and those who are a pain.

About Sharon: While I am familiar with Jewish and Christian traditions, I am most interested in esoteric traditions, ancient wisdoms, and the use of arts in spiritual formation such as storytelling, mandalas, finger painting, soul collages, and writing.  I did my formal theological training while working on my M. Div at Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity. However, it is through the time I spend with my Higher Power through prayer, meditation, journaling, poetry, reading, and writing that I have moved to deeper levels in my own spiritual journey.  It is through these practices that I came to understand and accept my call to help others develop a deeper relationship with their authentic selves and their Higher Power.

While I have worked to evolve to where I am in my own journey, I am also mindful that it is never over. I am consistently working on my own spiritual evolution.  My personal spiritual disciplines include writing and other expressive arts, reading, angel and oracle cards, meditation, cooking, and prayer. While cooking may seem as if it does not belong in this list, it for me, is an important part of my spiritual journey as it provides me with the daily opportunities to both feed and serve others.
